Performance Analysis
When users undergo a performance examination, the individual must wear a breathing device and a belt to measure their pulse while performing short stress tests and physical exertions, such as running at a high speed on a treadmill.
The data collected from the test is analyzed, broken down and delivered to the user in a format which is easily interpreted and essential to identifying areas for improvement. The user will receive information such as pulse ranges in which they burn the most fat, how to better regulate breathing and oxygen intake, and how to improve body movement to increase performance and minimize risk of injury.
